People in South-East Asia have been using this excellent material for cooking and baking for a long time, and due to increased demand for modern, healthy nourishment, its use is becoming more and more popular even in Europe.

The product is made from refined palm oil, and 100% free from cholesterine. Balanced vegetable oil, which contains saturated and non-saturated fatty acids in ideal proportion.

Its high glicerol content retards oxydation, and by this long shelf-life is guaranteed.

Since it does not contain linolenic acids and its fractions, formation of unpleasent smell during cooking is excluded.

Its high burning point (min 230°C) guarantees safe cooking even for continuous industrial use, and results final product of perfect taste. Contrary to traditional oils, this palm oil can be used repeatedly, evenmore continuously without accumulation of any harmful material (of course, regular filtration and cleaning is required). According to general experience of various end-users this feature of the product ensures approx. 150% longer time in use compared to that of liquid vegetable oils.

Some example from the wide range of applications:

  • gastronomy: traditional liquid oils or solid animal fats can be replaced by palm oil for any warm meal in hotels, restaurants, canteens and in bakeries;
  • since the material is non-hiydrogenated oil, it is perfectly applicable for cooking traditional Central- or South-European national foods;
  • bakery and sweet indutry: pies and cakes, doughnut, fried dough, biscuit, cracker, wafer, cones for ice-cream, etc;
  • note: due to its solid state at room temperature, it is not applicable in cold buffet kitchens.

As 1 kg solid fat becomes 1,1 l liquid oil after warming up, it represent also a factor of cost reduction beside longer possible time of use.
